Protect yourself against catastrophic differential failure offroad!
Pegging your rover diffs is defiantly worth considering, and advisable if you are running big tyres, lockers, and low tyre pressures offroad. These kits stop your crown-wheel gear inside the final drive from coming our of 'mesh' with the pinion gear. The result of this are catastrophic failure!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: (Read Carefully!)
Your 3rd member casing with the diff centre stripped/removed (the 1st product picture is what is referred to as your '3rd member housing'
Pinion Gear removed
Your diff centre - (this needs to be machined down to 163mm)
Side carrier bearings removed from your diff centre
Pinion gear races can remain in the 3rd member housing (pinion bearings will need to be replaced after the pegging process anyway)
Make sure you dont mix up your side carrier bearing top caps - its critical that they stay on the side they came from. Its best to use a punch and mark 2 dots on the cap and housing on ONE side.
WE CAN ALSO:
Strip your housing for you if you want to just send the whole thing up
In this instance you will be sent back everything disassembled, ready for the diff to be rebuild with fresh bearings and seals
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
The diff will require a full fresh set of bearings and seal when the diff is built
We do not offer a diff rebuild service though we can supply ALL the parts including Timken Bearings, Seals, Pinion bearing preload shims, Pinion height shims, and the better Pinion Flanges if you'd like to upgrade. We can also supply HD CW& P gearsets in various rations from KAM & Ashcroft.
On a Defender with little no no weight in the back these will provide around +45-50mm lift
On a Perentie with little to no weight these will provide around 50-60mm lift

THEY FEATURE:
Double Cardan propshafts are used to help reduce propshaft vibrations on lifted vehicles, especially after caster correction.
Slip joint is at the Double Cardan end out of the mud and water.
30 degree wide angle to prevent the propshaft binding up on long travel suspension.
40 degree wide angle on the Double Cardan end.
Heavy Duty Round Flange Face (not the old square type), that bolts to gearbox and diff 79.4mm PCD.
This version has the superior Italian Double Cardan end with slip joint built into the D/C end.
Higher torque capacity than a standard Land Rover propshaft, using 60mm heavy duty high torque tube.
Td5 Discovery 2 transfer box flange is not required to fit this one.
Heavy duty cap greased 2020 series Universal Joints (30.2 x 81.8mm) with nylon thrust washers and metal/rubber seals, the nylon thrust washers also has a cross in them to allow grease to get to each cup when greasing them.
Rilsan coated spline for smother operation and helps eliminate vibrations.
Upgraded involute spline configuration with 18 splines that is also GREASEABLE which is a feature only found on our propshafts.
Internally plug welded to hold grease in the slider.
Double seal arrangement on the slip assembly, with 110mm of movement and full spline contact on the male and female slider to help with long travel suspension.
Phased when required to reduce vibrations.
All prop shafts come with a tube of k48 grease.
THIS FITS STRAIGHT ONTO A LT95 FLANGE!!!
Fitting advice :- Please note these propshafts have heavy duty round flanges, when fitting make sure you clean up the diff and gearbox flange faces as you may have taken a square type flange off and the new round flange does not want to sit on top of dirt or rust. The Slider goes to your transfer box flanges, for a Double Cardan prop the DC end goes to the front transfer box flange. You must ensure all UJs and the slider are fully greased on fitment and are regularly greased during use. We Grease all UJ’s and sliders here during final checks but sliders can not be filled with grease until a prop is fitted, you will need to fill the slider with grease.
This propshaft has 3 fully greaseable UJs, and the slider is also greaseable on these.
WE RECOMMEND GREASING YOUR DRIVE SHAFT EVERY TIME YOU SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE!!!
After a Defender Rockslider that's a little different?
If you are on a budget or just prefer something a little more subtle, but still want that piece of mind that your truck is going to be protected...These Sliders are built TOUGH! ...So tough...they can easily support the whole weight of one side of the truck on them. Try doing that with mass produced imports at nearly 3x the price!
These Rocksliders are the same as the SLIMLINE Rockslider - except they have a series of 50mm holes down the side. They also have 9 large drain holes on the bottom to easily drain any mud or dirt you manage to cake into them whilst offroading.

Special laser cut and dimpled top plates set your truck apart from the rest! These can be customized with any writing you like, or elect to have only dimpled holes if you prefer. We can coat these with a special fine textured scratch resistant powder coating , or regular satin black.

Designed for a 1.5"/38mm mount width shock, with 1/2" bolt
Our Radflo custom shocks are supplied with a 1.5"/38mm mount width, but a 3/4"/19mm ID rubber bush (we insert crush tubes into the rubber bush to reduce down to 1/2" bolt.
FOX and KING will require a pin to eye mount adapter for the axle end mount (we can also supply) (different misalignment spacers from those that came with your shocks may be required also see below)
FOX and KING will need 1.5" mount width spherical bearing w/spacers. (we can source new spacers if needed (if you have your own shocks that are 1.25" mount width)
