• This rate is perfect for those who want a linear spring that is long enough to remain inside of the inbuilt dislocation cone when using Superflex arms, and also using 12"+ shocks

• Particularly well suited to our Weekend Warrior kit for this reason, and also the fact that a lower spring rate will also compress better than a shorter stiffer coil offering the equivalent lift.

• This coil is suited to those who want to set their rig up for offroad use, being a softer more supple coil. Running a softer rate up front in combination with a retained rear end will encourage the front end to articulate.

• Also suited to those who are considering setting up for 'Comfort Touring" or road driving in conjunction with front and rear swaybars.

320bs - 440mm Free Height - Linear rate - UP TO 250KG LOAD

Rear D110/130 & Perentie/County

• On a Defender with a med to lightweight set of drawers, and 33" tyre off the back these will provide around 365mm load height (+50mm)
• On a Defender D110 wagon or D130 with a heavier set of drawers and and approx 200-250kg of load these will provide around 340-350mm load height (+20-30mm )
• On a Perentie these will provide around the 365-375mm load height (2" lift from civilian Defender)

Don’t lose your rear Mudflaps again !!

This kit is to mount your existing rear mudflap to a much stronger mudflap support as the original ones tend to fall off and damage the side of your Defender, the mudflap mount is quick release so if using off road the mudflap can be removed very easily in seconds, the brackets are made out of 3mm galvanized steel and come with all bolts and fixings to fit them, the kit also incorporates a plastic mud shield that fastens to the rear tub to stop all the mud and road salt getting to where you don’t need it, they are made from a rigid but still flexible 3mm plastic material in black, the mud shield also makes cleaning your Land Rover much easier as the mud cant get into places where you don’t want it.

As you can see in the pictures there is a lot of items in this kit and you will have to cut your existing mudflaps to make them fit, it all can be done quite easily.

When fitting our mud shield kits I recommend using Moly Grease on all nuts/bolts and on all the steel and galvanized fittings that bolt to alloy as it acts like a barrier to stop corrosion..

If you are unsure if you have Square or Stepped rear tub this might help...(feel free to also just send us phots to I.D your tub)

Stepped Rear Tub is 2007 on Puma Td4 that have seats in the very back or a 110 utility that has no bulkhead behind the 2nd row of seats, the step was put in by Land Rover for rear forward facing seats.

Square Rear Tub is all 110s from the beginning of production, and up to 2007 Puma Td4s 2007 on mainly all commercial style ones, like crew cab pickups and  single cab pickups and 3 door hard top van style all have square rear tubs.

STOP THE MUD FLYING UP THE DOOR!

This is the FULL Front Mud Shield, Mud Flap Bracket and Mud Flap KIT.

This is a pair (kit includes right hand and left hand sides)

MOUNTING BRACKETS: These mounting brackets are to move your existing standard front mudflap forward and outwards, they will stop all the mud that gets flung up the doors and onto the door handle especially when big wheels and tyres are fitted, the mounting brackets are made out of 3mm galvanized steel and come with all bolts to fit them, they will also fit if you have sill bars, rock sliders fitted as the chassis bracket has 2 mounting positions.

MUD SHIELDS: These outrigger mud shield guards will fit all Defenders, they are to stop all the mud and road salt getting on top of the front outriggers, road salt and mud settles on top of the outrigger and causes them to rot away, even galvanized chassis do suffer after a while, they also make cleaning your Land Rover much easier as the mud can’t get into the outrigger and around the footwell. They are made from a rigid but still flexible 3mm plastic material in black, they are very easy to fit they use the 2 inner wing securing screws to secure them.

This is a quality OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) sway bar link made in Turkey. 

A Detroit (EATON) locker for the Salisbury axle.

The Detroit Locker maximises traction by delivering 100% of the torque to both drive wheels. It is engineered to keep both wheels in a constant drive mode, and has the ability to automatically allow wheel speed differentiation when required. The Detroit locker is a bolt on application to suit all Salisbury rear diffs fitted to Land Rover Defender, 110, Perentie, & County.

A cheaper option than a manually switched locker, but just as effective. We recommend replacing the rear axles with MaxidriveHD unites found in our "axles" section when fitting this item

PLEASE NOTE: This style locker will not suit everyones application/use case, and there are justa couple of small drawbacks to running one of these.

LAND ROVER DIFFERENTIAL REBUILD KITS

Set of four bearings and one seal for the late 110 rear or P38 type diff, and Rover24 style banjo diffs

• 4x Timken bearings (side carrier/journal AND pinion)

Protect yourself against catastrophic differential failure offroad!

Pegging your rover diffs is defiantly worth considering, and advisable if you are running big tyres, lockers, and low tyre pressures offroad. These kits stop your crown-wheel gear inside the final drive from coming our of 'mesh' with the pinion gear. The result of this are catastrophic failure! 

THE KIT ITSELF TO BE FITTED TO YOU CASING INCLUDES:

• ASHCROFT PEGGING KIT
• M16 Grub Screws 
• Bronze Phosphor machined pad
• Laser cut 6mm Steel face plate piece 
• 10mm Steel top plate piece 
• M16 Nyloc nuts 
• Well tested and tried in heavy use race environment

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: (Read Carefully!)

• Your 3rd member casing with the diff centre stripped/removed (the 1st product picture is what is referred to as your '3rd member housing'
• Pinion Gear removed
• Your diff centre - (this needs to be machined down to 163mm)
• Side carrier bearings removed from your diff centre 
• Pinion gear races can remain in the 3rd member housing (pinion bearings will need to be replaced after the pegging process anyway)
• Make sure you dont mix up your side carrier bearing top caps - its critical that they stay on the side they came from. Its best to use a punch and mark 2 dots on the cap and housing on ONE side.

WE CAN ALSO:

• Strip your housing for you if you want to just send the whole thing up
• In this instance you will be sent back everything disassembled, ready for the diff to be rebuild with fresh bearings and seals

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

• The diff will require a full fresh set of bearings and seal when the diff is built
• We do not offer a diff rebuild service  though we can supply ALL the parts including Timken Bearings, Seals, Pinion bearing preload shims, Pinion height shims, and the better Pinion Flanges if you'd like to upgrade. We can also supply HD CW& P gearsets in various rations from KAM & Ashcroft.

LAND ROVER DIFFERENTIAL PINION REBUILD KITS

Kit excludes the SIDE CARRIER/JOURNAL bearings and is ideal for those fitting the Ashcroft Locker which is supplied with new side carrier bearings already fitted

A common conversion for a number of good reasons including:

• Setting your Defender up for remote touring (carry less spare parts & easier DIY repairs due to now running a std tie rod end BOTH ends of the drag link)
• More flex (the balljoint in the Defender pitman are will bind with a system that has some hectik flex)
