In these terms and conditions, "we," "us," and "our" refer to KINGPIN Fab. Your access to and use of all information on this website, including the purchase of our products, is provided subject to the following terms and conditions. The information is intended for residents of Australia
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Your use of the website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by the updated terms and conditions. We therefore recommend reviewing these terms each time you access our website.
Our Website Services
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. We strive to ensure our pricing is up to date, but we reserve the right to change prices at any time. If you place an order before a price change, we will honour the price at the time of purchase.
Product Descriptions and Availability
We aim to provide accurate descriptions of our products; however, we do not guarantee that all descriptions are entirely accurate or free from errors. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not always perfectly represent the item.
We make every effort to maintain product availability but do not guarantee that every listed product is in stock. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you as soon as possible to arrange a suitable alternative or a refund.
Order Process and Payment
To place an order, you must provide your full name, delivery address, email, phone number, and payment details. We take due care with this information but are not liable for any issues arising from errors in transmission or data breaches beyond our control.
Orders will be confirmed via email. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. If we do not confirm acceptance of your order within seven (7) days, it is deemed rejected.
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled unless required by law. Title to goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment.
Delivery and Shipping
Delivery times are estimates only, and we are not liable for delays beyond our control. Postage costs will be calculated at checkout. Any damage or loss occurring during transit should be reported to us immediately.
Order Cancellation and Refunds
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to pricing errors, inaccuracies in product descriptions, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order is cancelled, we will issue a full refund.
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, notify us immediately via our designated contact page. We will arrange for a replacement, refund, or other suitable remedy in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
If you wish to return an unused and undamaged product, you may do so within seven (7) days of purchase, provided you have proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
Site Access and Intellectual Property
We grant you a limited licence to access and use our website for personal purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our express permission.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for breaches of consumer guarantees is limited to the replacement or resupply of goods, or a refund. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
By using our website, you agree to indemnify us against any claims, damages, costs, and legal fees arising from your misuse of the website or violation of these terms.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or supply chain disruptions.
Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland (QLD), Australia. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of QLD.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. However, data transmission over the internet is not entirely secure. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we manage your data.
Reporting Missing Items
Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), businesses must ensure goods are delivered as described, in acceptable quality, and within a reasonable timeframe. If an item is missing from your order, you are entitled to a remedy such as a replacement or refund in the case the item/s are not in stock, or no longer available.
How to Report a Missing Item
We strive for order accuracy, but if an item is missing from your delivery, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the missing item to assist us in resolving the issue promptly.
Please note that this reporting period does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If it is reasonable to do so, you may still be entitled to a remedy beyond this timeframe, depending on the circumstances.
