M57 SWAP AC

This kit allows the factory BMW Air Conditioner compressor BRACKET to be binned...in favour of the KINGPIN Fab bracket which will free up and create 27mm more space from the AC compressor and the Land Rover steering box, over using the BMW bracket.

• Perfect belt alignment - (designed from 3d scans)
• 3 Stage Powdercoated
• Fixing kit incl.
• Genuine Gates Micro-V Stretch belt of the appropriate size supplied
• 0.5mm to 1mm of clearance from the AC compressor to our brackets backing plate
• LAND ROVER guys - this bracket will work with the House of Torque engine mounts we supply
• Compatible AC Compressors incl, E53, E70, E83, E60

M57N VARIANT - MOVES THE AC COMPRESSOR IN TOWARDS THE BLOCK 27mm. (This variant will NOT work/fit on alloy block M57N2 engines)

M57N2 VARIANT - MOVES THE AC COMPRESSOR IN THE SAME 27mm, BUT ALSO MOVED IT VERTICALLY DOWN 30mm TO ALLOW THE AC COMPRESSOR LINE FITTINGS TO CLEAR THE INTAKE PIPE WITH THE COMPRSSOR SO CLOSE TO THE BLOCK. (This variant can actually be fitted on a steel block M57N as well)

FOR LAND ROVER DEFENDERS:

M57N2 Kit will require a harmonic balancer to inside of passenger side chassis rail measurement of no more than 260mm (can be less)

M57N Kit will require a harmonic balancer to inside of passenger side chassis rail measurement of no more than 270mm (can be less)
