Different strokes for different folks....but contrary to popular belief (information regurgitated over and over by those with no actual experience), To retain instead of dislocate in a front radius armed truck, you will most importantly increase your rear roll stiffness, which increases your stability off road especially in off-camber (or leaning) situations, whilst not losing provided you are running spring rates soft enough. (Remember a spring will stretch as just much as it compresses)
This makes your vehicle not only more capable by introducing additional roll stiffness to the rear suspension geometry over a dislocating setup, which in turn will make your vehicle more stable, more predictable...but also forces more of the suspension forces to the front...forcing it to work harder. A must for any front radius armed truck!
Just look at any competitors in any offroad events, in any discipline and you will be hard pressed to find any rigs running dislocation cones. (except in the UK 'green-laning' and 'twistoff' flex ramp scene)
Ask your local fab shop that works on the likes of rigs for Tuff Truck etc...guys that REALLY know their stuff. Mention dislocation...and your most defiantly going to get some fairly strange looks :) ..and mabee laughs when you leave even :D

These Rocksliders are the same as the SLIMLINE Rockslider - except they have a series of 50mm holes down the side. They also have 9 large drain holes on the bottom to easily drain any mud or dirt you manage to cake into them whilst offroading.

We can supply to suit a shock with a 1.5"/38mm mount width, but a 3/4"/19mm ID rubber bush (we use crush tubes for the rubber bush to reduce down to 1/2" bolt.
FOX and KING will require a pin to eye mount adapter (we can also supply)
FOX and KING will need to be 1.5" mount width spherical bearing w/spacers. (we can source new spacers if needed (if you have your own shocks that are 1.25" mount width)
Radflo from us are custom made with pin mount bottoms for us so we can provide lower turrets (better for packaging in your engine bay) that if we are making for the equivalent size Fox or KING

This kit is to convert a STRAIGHT Land Rover rear Swaybar for OFFROAD use!
Obviously being able to run a swaybar on-road is going to bring back some lost road manners as well, so it's a win-win situation.

The rear end of a Rover with its A.frame and trailing arms is highly lacking on any roll resistance like the front end with its radius arms. By running a rear swaybar, you introduce some roll stiffness back into the rear.
For offroad this has a number of advantages that it seems are not commonly understood.
By introducing roll stiffness into the rear, with a swaybar system that is laid out so you do not loose any flex, you are nor forcing more of the suspension forces throught he chassis to the front. The front end now can begin to work in a better balance with the rear..in which every one knows is easy to get to flex. Whats far more impressive and better offroad is a suspension system that works together in balance.
Common assumption tells us that a swaybar will kill flex and we must either use dis-connects or remove altogether if we are to have better offroad performance. Lets pause for a minute and think about the pinnacle of the technical 4x4 scene here in Australia...TUFF TRUCK!
You will be surprised how many teams are using offroad swaybars systems. Sure, they are running dual triangulated four links with hydro steer up front with little to no roll stiffness at front compared to rovers with radius arms up front with bucketloads of roll resistance, but they recognise the advantage of introducing some roll stiffness to their systems...namely the rear. These guys are fully cycling 16-18" shocks with ease.

This kit includes everything you need for the conversion...MINUS the swaybar and the brackets that fix the swaybar to the chassis brackets.

Swivels are available at a std 3deg on an exchange (please check availability if you need this service) basis which will cover you for up to 2.5 - 3" of lift
We can also custom machine swivels as per you current caster measurement, or wheel alignment report and machine them to suit how much you're out.
Correction at the swivels does NOT rotate the whole axle housing - the swivels are the only thing to rotate.

Specialist socket for prop shaft fasteners on most Land Rovers.
The 9/16" socket end is a perfect hexagon with rounded tip profiles to ensure the whole turning power is transferred onto the flanks of the nuts instead of on the corners.
The socket's slim wall construction and wine glass profile, coupled to an integral slimline extension means it fits perfectly between the UJ yokes and over the prop shaft nuts without fouling.

On the Defender 2.4 and 2.2 Tdci it is a very common fault that the coupling shaft between the MT82 gearbox and the Lt230 transfer box wears out and fails! Land Rover assembled the splined coupling dry on the production track, leading to premature failure of the splines. Symptoms of this failure include:
Clunking on take up of drive
Clunking when deaccelerating
Total loss of drive

So what have they done so special?
Well put simply, they have removed the coupling that fails all together, thus removing the weak link in the drivetrain! The LOF shaft is made as a solid 1 piece design as per older LR drivetrain designs, Incorporating a single draw bolt down the centre of the shaft, ensuring that the shaft is retained tight to the back of the Mt82 gearbox.

1. Does the POWERmaster fit my vehicle?
The LOF POWERmaster will fitDefender & Series models fitted with a ‘Girling type’ Master as standard, part number STC500100.
2. How easy is the Master to fit?

25 minutes to fit
You will need:
Brake Fluid
10, 11, 13, 14mm open ended spanners
10mm socket, extension and ratchet
bleeding kit not necessary but can help
Phillips screw driver
4. Fitting Instructions:
Disconnect pipe from master cylinder
Undo the retaining bolt for the bulkhead mounted header tank (TD5/ TDCI)
Undo the 6 screws on the top of the clutch pedal box
Remove 2x 13mm nuts securing the master push rod to the pedal assembly
Unplug the clutch switch cable (TD5/ TDCI)
Now wedge the pedal down and undo the two mounting bolts holding it to the clutch pedal box
Withdraw master cylinder from pedal box
Refitting is the reversal, making sure to use the new 1/2 width Nyloc nut provided, set the pedal inline with the brake pedal and bleed the system, leave the cover plate off while test driving, taking 2x 13mm spanners to adjust as necessary! You can raise the biting point by raising the position of the pedal using the two lock nuts on the master push rod.
Tips for installing & Bleeding
Use a pipe clamp / soft jaw grips on the flexi hose hose to retain the majority of Brake fluid
Bleeding can be a little awkward, if you think there is air in the system, you can wedge the clutch pedal down over night to allow the air to rise to the top of the system.
On the Defender if you need to increase clearance; this can be done by adjusting the master cylinder pushrod to move the pedal assembly further away from the bulkhead increasing the stroke
We have designed an affordable, cost effective Slave cylinder that reduces the weight of the pedal significantly.
This slave can be fitted to both the Td5 Discovery and also the Td5 Defender
**POWERslave lowers the biting point of the clutch, on Defender models this can be adjusted in the pedal box, For Discovery 2 TD5 we suggest installing once a clutch is bedded in (Biting point higher, as the pedal box is not adjustable and may not clear with a brand new clutch )**

1. Does the POWERspring fit my DEFENDER?
The LOF POWERspring will fitDefendermodels300TDI, TD5and alsoTDCI PUMAvehicles.
In order to double check that it will fit, simply take a look at your clutch pedal:
If the clutch pedal arm is a flat sheet of steel in terms of profile – IT FITS!
If the clutch pedal arm is a U shaped formed steel profile, unfortunately it wont fit, but there is a solution! Simply remove the older 200TDI style pedal box (6 bolts in the footwell) and refit with the later style pedal box – Part number SKB500280 (sold separately)
2. How easy is the spring to fit?

You will need:
2 pairs of mole-grips/ Pliers (ideally long nose)
1x medium flat headed screw driver
1 suitable sized pole/ something to wedge the pedal down

**Disclaimer – Take care not to break the U shaped bush supplied, although this is a Genuine LR part, it is injection moulded and is easily damaged!**
Wedge the pedal down to the floor using a piece of wood/metal bar (Perfect length is 50cm)
LOF TOP TIP FOR FITTING: The lower the pedal, the easier to fit. On the back of the pedal box in the engine bay, there is a 17mm bump stop bolt, wind this out to allow the pedal to go lower while fitting. Then once fitted, wind the bolt inwards, until the pedal stops sticking down. The spring may over power the clutch pedal if it is allowed to go to far over centre, hence winding the bolt back in stops it holding the pedal down!
