Our 7975 Panhards differ themselves from regular HD Panhards in many ways...one of which is a Heim joint  high misalignment spacers, which is code-word for BIND FREE MOVEMENT WHILST ARTICULATING OFFFROAD. 

Heim joints are typically not used in road going applications due to the fact theybtransmit NVM (noise-vibrarion-harshness) up into thr chassis and body of the vehicle. To combat this we use a quality Superpro bushes at the chassis end. This bush has crush tube thatbis not bound to the bush material which allows the whole system to be bind free. Another benefit here is the bush life is significantly prolonged.

This kit includes:

  • 1.5" solid 7075-T6 Panhard - ANODIZED BLACK
  • 7/8" chromoly 3 PIECE Heim & SS spacers (3-piece are MUCH better than cheaper 2 piece heims)
  • Machined bush housing
  • Superpro bushing for the chassis end

7075 Alloy:

7075 Alloy has most commonly been at home, on Rock crawlers, Ultra4 buggies, Rock Bouncers, and the likes.
7075 is well known in the offroad motorsports scene for its ability to flex & return to straight when pushed to the limit...all whilst still retaining its strength after doing so...unlike low tensile steel in whichbyou will find most 'HD' panhard and steering bars on the market are made from.

When raising your Land Rover, the front axle is shifted to one side...putting your diff off centre...hence the requirement for an adjustable Panhard to correct this and re-centralise the axle housing under the vehicle.

    Note there is a 14mm AND 16mm Bush Sleeve variants of these.
