We coat these top plates with a special fine textured scratch resistant powder coating to the laser cut top plates. Satin black powder coat to the main slider assembly. The Aluminum is chromate dipped before undergoing zinc primer and top powdercoats to ensure superior adhesion not found in mass produced steps or sliders.
