Other engine applications
The kit can be adapted to 300Tdi and potentially TD5 applications, but custom plumbing is required and must be worked out by the installer.
Water crossings
Fitting a snorkel alone does not make a vehicle safe for deep-water crossings. The complete intake system, including the airbox, joins and fittings, must be sealed and leak-checked after installation.
