One wheel, two personalities. The wheel is supplied with the simulated ring for standard road-style use. Functional beadlock operation requires the optional extra beadlock race ring, sold separately, and is for off-road use only.

Dual-Tek technology

  • Road-use bead seat: use the standard bead-seat configuration with the supplied simulated ring.

  • Forged race ring option: optional 6061 aluminium beadlock race ring sold separately.
  • High load rating: manufacturer catalogue lists 1542 kg per wheel for the Dual-Tek range.
  • 17x9 size: a strong match for larger touring and off-road tyre packages.

Street and off-road use

Dirty Life's Dual-Tek system allows the tyre to be mounted on the standard bead seat with the supplied simulated ring. The wheel does not operate as a functional beadlock in this supplied configuration. To use the wheel as a functional beadlock, the optional extra beadlock race ring must be purchased and fitted; that configuration is intended for off-road use only.

Australian road-use note: D.O.T. terminology used by the manufacturer relates to its US market. Australian legality can depend on wheel fitment, tyre size, vehicle modification rules and state requirements. Check your vehicle's applicable requirements before road use.

Tyre sizing

For an approximately 33-inch overall tyre diameter on the 17-inch wheel, 285/70R17 is a useful starting point at approximately 32.7 inches. Actual clearance depends on vehicle, suspension height, wheel offset, guards and steering clearance.
