We have made a number of changes to better suit conversion over using a regular uprated TDCI/Td5 radiator and intercooler. These include:
✅55mm thick, to allow for use of BMW Viscous with most of the popular conversion adapters that keep/place the transfer case in the TDCI/Puma position (EXLUDING MT82 CONVERSION)
✅Much more efficient Elite Series Radiator core than the normal PWR Defender rad cores
✅Outlets better sized to suit M57 Engine for both radiator & Intercooler
✅Redundant outlets deleted for cleaner and simpler plumbing
✅Completely re-shaped radiator and intercooler end tanks for much more efficient flow
✅Will work with your existing BAS, Allisport, Sereck, Airtech etc intercoolers
