We’re happy to provide an initial suspension and vehicle-setup phone call of up to 15 minutes at no charge.

This is generally enough to:

• Discuss your main requirements
• Answer basic product and compatibility questions
• Recommend a suitable starting point
• Determine whether you need a standard kit or even one of our own more complex kits listed on our website will suit... or if more detailed planning will be needed

Free calls must be booked in advance, and we’ll need your vehicle information beforehand so the available time can be used effectively.

Detailed Vehicle Setup Consultation — $149

For more complex vehicles—or customers wanting more detailed advice than can be covered during the free 15-minute call—we offer a comprehensive paid consultation.

This includes:

• Review of your existing vehicle and suspension setup
• Up to a 45-minute phone consultation
• Suspension recommendations based on your vehicle’s weight and intended use
• Advice regarding shocks, springs, sway bars, steering components, suspension geometry and supporting modifications
• Discussion of current and future vehicle upgrades
• A staged setup plan where appropriate
• Detailed follow-up email outlining the recommended direction and suitable products

Information we require

After purchasing the consultation, please email us the following:

• Vehicle year and model
• Current suspension and approximate lift
• Whether the factory sway bar/s are fitted
• Bullbar, winch, canopy, drawers and other accessories
• Normal permanent load
• Towing setup, if applicable
• Tyre size
• How the vehicle is mainly used
• Any current handling or suspension problems
• What you’re hoping to improve
• Approximate budget
• Clear photos of the vehicle and current setup
